Personal data you submit via the pre-order form or by e-mail (company, name, e-mail, phone, message) is used solely to prepare an offer and to communicate with you about TEC3. We do not pass it on to third parties, except to providers we need to run the service (hosting, e-mail), and we do not use it for unsolicited advertising. We keep it for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you request deletion.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port your data, as well as the right to object. A pre-order submitted via the web form is not a binding order. Based on it we prepare an offer, which becomes binding only upon written confirmation by both parties. Use of the TEC3 platform is governed by the terms set out in the individual implementation and maintenance agreement.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Slovenia. The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies.
