TEC3 is the third generation of the B2B/B2C platform for spare-parts sales and service information. Compared to TEC2 it brings a new, much faster interface, AI search by VIN, a price exchange, a multi-layer basket, a PIM matrix and an open API. It is built on feedback from mechanics, dealers and distributors.
Vasco, Pantheon, Metakocka, Navision and SAOP via a standardised connector with two-way sync of stock, prices, discounts and orders. Any other system is connected via REST or SOAP API, usually within a few days.
The upgrade includes migration of customers, vehicles, price lists, discounts and order history. Both systems run in parallel until you confirm the switch, so business is never interrupted. TEC2 users get a priority slot in the first wave.
Yes. The same platform works from one location with a few accesses up to an international network with hundreds of users. You pay only for the scale you use and expand it at any time without changing systems.
Data is stored in EU data centres, GDPR compliant. TEC3 is fully in-house development with no dependency on third-party CMS, with regular backups, encrypted transfer and an SLA for larger customers.
Because we process data with optimisation in mind. Across the complex set of data and parameters coming from catalogues, suppliers and ERP systems, we merge items with identical data and keep the master data clean: one item, one truth, no duplicate records. At the same time the processes are optimised so the system easily handles and displays even 2,000,000 products at lightning speed, with no waiting when searching, filtering or calculating prices.
About us
We are developing the TEC platform for the third generation. Not as a generic web-shop system, but as a specialised tool for the automotive industry: with in-house development, our own infrastructure and a team that has spent more hours in workshops than in meetings.
TEC3 is the result of more than two years of work and hundreds of conversations with mechanics, dealers, distributors and manufacturers. Every function was tested in the field before it made it into the product.
